Azure is brewed with a mix of New Zealand and American hops, for a light, citrus flavour.

We created it in memory of the many Shetlanders who emigrated to those places during the 19th century. It’s name is a reference to the azure ocean that both separates and connects us.

Tasting Notes: This refreshing, hoppy, session pale ale is packed with fragrant floral and tea-like flavours.

Food pairing: Combines wonderfully with seafood, particularly shellfish.
