Thank you for visiting and shopping at theLewick Brewery Online Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

 Payment Facilities

Our payment facilities are provided by Stripe and PayPal, depending on the provider selected at checkout. Both suppliers work in direct partnership with our website provider, Squarespace, and have been chosen to provide card processing services as they are one of the largest and most secure payment processing providers in Europe and are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Age Restrictions

Due to UK licensing laws, we cannot sell alcohol to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The recipient must also be over 18 years of age.

If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the products is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the products.

Once the products have been delivered, according to your original delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient's responsibility.



Subject to availability

Our products may at times be subject to availability. If, for any reason, we are unable to complete an order the person(s) affected will be notified of this and offered an alternative. If for whatever reason an alternative is unavailable or unsuitable the person’s right to cancel applies.



Delivery Promise

We will endeavor to arrange delivery of goods purchased from us within 7 days of receiving a completed order and payment. If for whatever reason this is not possible, i.e. closure over holiday periods, industrial action, the person(s) affected will be notified of delay in delivery and the delivery rescheduled for as soon as practicable after this event.

Items will not be shipped on weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
